  • We currently only offer standard shipping within Australia. All parcels are shipped with Australia Post and postage cost is calculated by the carrier’s respective size, weight and destination guidelines.

    We will post your parcel 2-4 business days after receiving your order. We estimate your parcel may take anywhere between 2-7 business days (on average) to arrive. For a more accurate estimate of delivery times, please refer to Australia Post’s guidelines.

    Local Pickup

    We’re based in Albany Creek, Brisbane and offer contactless pickup.

    If you would like to pickup your order, please use the code “LOCAL” at the checkout to waive all postage costs and we will be in touch promptly to organise collection. Or if you’d like more info, email us at missepottery@gmail.com or message us through our socials.

  • Burn time: 20-30hrs

    When lighting your candle for the first time allow the wax to melt to the edges of the cup. Allow your candle to burn for a minimum of 2hrs on the first use and a maximum of 4hrs each burn. Trim your candle wick before each use.

    Always keep the candle away from pets, children and anything overhanging.

  • All our pieces are food safe, dishwasher safe and microwave safe (unless described otherwise at the point of sale). HOWEVER to ensure the colours and glazes are preserved, we recommend that you preference handwashing and minimise microwaving.

  • We do not currently offer returns or exchanges for change of mind orders.

    Refunds

    Although we try to ensure your items are safely packed, ceramics are fragile and can sometimes get damaged during transit. If your item arrives broken, please contact us with photos of the damage and we will be happy to discuss options of refund or replacement (if in stock).
